This module will cover the fundamentals of developing cyber savvy workforce. You'll learn about why it's important, what does good look like, and where did you start. We'll cover why you need cyber risk aware staff. What does a good cyber savvy workforce program look like? Getting the message clear so that all stakeholders remain engaged not just at the beginning but as you extend the program and then some examples about how you can extend the reach of your security team through an ambassador program.
3.1. Developing a cyber savvy workforce

In this module, we'll explore further why it's important at the very beginning to ask how you want culture to change, what do we see happening differently, and prioritizing some of those behavior changes as well. We'll cover this prioritization to have the greatest impact. Developing and delivering on metrics that matter, there's different metrics that you can use, it's kind of a, sort of an emerging area, but there's some metrics that I believe can demonstrate a positive impact rather than just the negative pieces. And then how can you demonstrate this kind of increasing level of maturity over time whilst also maintaining that momentum in the program.
3.2. Delivering and measuring real behavioral change

In this module we'll explore gamification methods, how they can be used to engage employees, board members and more broadly the executive team. Things we'll cover is why gamification can be so effective, why do we need to adopt phases, what methods can be adopted as part of the program, and building gamification into an existing program that you may already be running in your own organizations to be more effective and potentially more targeted and ultimately more engaging.
3.3. Gamification applied cyber awareness to transform mundane

In this module, we'll look at more advanced methods by exploring some innovative techniques, using technology to further advance your understanding of the overall human risk exposure to the organization. What is human risk management, and why should we measure it? Measuring human risk and profiling your teams, how we can do that. And then developing leader boards, which is to build the overall gamification toolset.
3.4. Segmenting staff according to human risk exposure

In this module, we'll explore further why it's important at the very beginning of a culture change program to enlist top-down support, and how prioritizing behavior changes at various senior levels can yield accelerated results of your overall cyber transformation program. We will cover why it's important to have executive board C-level engagement, how to assign the accountable executive and align key responsibilities across the C-suite. And then using the various education techniques to accelerate culture change and maintain program momentum, not just beyond the first year, but on to year two and even year three.
3.5. Executive education and their leadership role in driving change

In this module, we'll walk through a real-life case study of a global FinTech. You're going to hear about the success and some of the failures and the approach taken, so you can obviously learn from them, and how culture change was set on the right track. We'll talk about the importance of just taking a chance in some instances and taking a risk. Give you a real example of where, where I took a risk which paid off essentially. The success of having the CEO drive top down engagement and a call to action for the cyber ambassador improvement which was crucial to the success of the overall culture change program. And then this delivers a platform to drive real culture change across the organization.
