In this module, you'll learn about the key considerations for establishing the function, including the resources that might be required, and this is obviously depending on the type of organization maturity, and to build the capability.

In this module we'll explore different types of functional designs and the different capability models that you'll require to be able to deliver ultimately risk reduction to an organization. We'll cover global versus regional functions, industry sector considerations, and then we'll close off with three lines of defense, which is used typically in financial services.

This module will focus on what's required to accelerate delivery capabilities to achieve a sustainable risk reduction and service conduction capability. What you do in terms of matching talent to teams to appropriate phase of transformation and how you can develop skills over time. We'll cover leadership teams to meet the demand, applying a skills workforce framework and then we'll talk about what you can do to keep your teams engaged and executing.
