How many team members can we enrol?
Team Membership is available for groups of 3 to 10 users. For 11 or more seats, speak to our team about Enterprise Membership.
Do all team members have to start at the same time?
We recommend enrolling your team in the same cohort because the shared experience creates the greatest value. Members can also join subsequent cohorts within the membership year at no additional cost.
What programs are included in Team Membership?
Team Membership includes all CLI Leadership Programs (the Cyber Leadership Program, Cyber Strategy & Transformation Program and AI Cyber Governance & Leadership Program), all Professional Development Pathways (EPB, PPC and CRF), and all future courses, such as GRC Leadership, as they launch.
Do we get access to future programs such as GRC Leadership?
Yes. Team members gain access to included pipeline programs as they launch, with no additional enrolment fee.
Can our organisation pay on behalf of the team?
Yes. Full payment by credit card or bank transfer is required before the program start date. If you need a formal invoice, payment plan or procurement support, speak to your enrolment officer.
What happens if a team member cannot complete a program within eight weeks?
They can request a deferral or re-enrolment into the next cohort at no additional cost.
Are there still spots available in the upcoming cohort?
Cohort sizes are intentionally kept small to protect the quality of peer interaction, so early registration is recommended to secure your team’s place.
What if we are not satisfied with the membership?
If your team is not fully satisfied within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Submit your request and our support team will respond within five business days.
