Majority of the learning of this week's program is to build a map for your key stakeholders. Determine who are your supporters and who are your detractors within those stakeholders. And then commit to be an influencer as cyber leader and make plans to shift up your game.

n this module we'll discuss the importance of knowing who your stakeholders are and where each play a part in helping you deliver a cyber resilience agenda. What things you'll need to consider setting yourself up for success. What are some of the typical questions you might want to ask as part of your early engagement and discussion? Things that we'll cover is know your stakeholders, understanding their respective roles, setting yourself up for success, and then some examples, stakeholder questions that I've used, in various forms for some of the first meetings, to help you get started.

In this module, we'll discuss the building blocks that are required to build trust as part of your end to end cyber resilience agenda. What will be required to shift beyond building initial trust, to maintaining sustainable relationships with all your stakeholders.

In this module, we take a broader view of some of the concepts to engage a broader set of stakeholders, beyond just the executives and board.
5.4. Getting the whole organization engaged

This module will cover other stakeholders outside of the organization into the broader ecosystem, this includes regulators, customers, partners and peers. Also, instilling confidence and trust for customers, regulatory liaison to build trust, and building strong partnerships and peer engagement.
